Industrial machines Overview

Vacuum Pumps

Vacuum pumps play a crucial role in the food industry by enabling processes that enhance product quality, safety, and shelf life. They're commonly used in vacuum packaging to remove air from food containers, reducing oxidation and spoilage. In food processing, vacuum pumps help with degassing liquids like oils and sauces, freeze-drying fruits and vegetables, and transferring powders or granules in a clean and efficient manner. Their ability to create a controlled, low-pressure environment is essential for maintaining hygiene standards and improving overall efficiency in modern food production. Vacuum pumps are widely used in applications other than food packaging.

Thermoforming

Thermoforming machines are widely used in the food industry to create custom plastic packaging that keeps products fresh, safe, and visually appealing. These machines work by heating plastic sheets until they're pliable, then forming them into specific shapes using molds—ideal for trays, containers, and vacuum packs. Once formed, the packages are sealed, often under vacuum or modified atmosphere, to extend shelf life and preserve food quality. Thermoforming offers flexibility, cost-efficiency, and speed, making it a go-to solution for packaging everything from deli meats and cheese to ready meals and snacks. Thermoforming machines also package non-food products.

Tray Sealer

Tray sealers are versatile machines used across both the food and non-food industries to securely seal pre-formed trays with a protective film. In the food sector, they help preserve freshness and extend shelf life by enabling vacuum or modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) for products like ready meals, fresh produce, meats, and dairy. In non-food applications, tray sealers are used to package items such as medical supplies, electronics, and hardware components, ensuring cleanliness, protection, and tamper resistance. Their efficiency, hygiene, and adaptability make them essential for high-volume, quality-conscious packaging operations.

Induction Sealing

Induction sealers are commonly used in the food industry to create airtight, tamper-evident seals on containers with foil-lined caps. This process uses electromagnetic induction to heat the foil liner, bonding it to the container’s rim without direct contact. It ensures product freshness, prevents leaks, and extends shelf life by providing a secure seal that protects against moisture, oxygen, and contaminants. Induction sealing is widely used for items like sauces, dairy products, beverages, and dry goods, offering a fast, reliable, and hygienic packaging solution.

Labeller

Labelers play a vital role in both the food and non-food packaging industries by applying labels quickly and accurately to a wide range of products. In the food industry, they are used to display important information such as product names, ingredients, nutritional values, expiration dates, and barcodes, ensuring compliance and consumer transparency. In non-food sectors—such as cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and household goods—labelers help communicate branding, instructions, warnings, and batch tracking details. Their versatility and precision make them essential for efficient packaging lines and high-quality product presentation.

Fillers

Fillers are widely used in both the food and non-food sectors to accurately dispense and package liquids, pastes, powders, or granules into containers. In the food industry, fillers handle products like sauces, oils, dairy, beverages, and dry goods, ensuring consistent portioning, hygiene, and reduced waste. In the non-food sector, they are essential for packaging items such as cosmetics, cleaning products, pharmaceuticals, and industrial chemicals. Whether volumetric, gravity-fed, or piston-based, fillers help improve production efficiency, maintain product quality, and support various container types and sizes across diverse industries.
